We send off all of our orders with love and best wishes, proudly using post-consumer materials and recyclable packaging wherever possible. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know about it! If your package is damaged in transit, consider refusing delivery, and definitely let us and the shipping agency know! A quick photo of the damaged package can be very helpful.
Whatever the issue, please email us at [email protected] for a return authorization number. We will cover return postage if we made an order fulfillment error, of course! When you ship back your product, please include your name, the order number, and date of purchase. We will be in contact with you throughout the process to make sure your concerns are heard and we grow into a better company with your help.
Unopened items in new condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price.
Wholesale returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge on unopened items in new condition.
